I have counted on Dave and Innovative Plumbing several times. I have also previously used a couple other companies that did more damage than good. A few years ago we learned we had a leak within our master bath walls for an unknown amount of time, and Dave literally peeled back layers of bad work and corners that had been cut. They refused to cut corners, tore out all previous work, showed us what was right and wrong along the way, and somehow put it all back together like new while also sticking to the estimate of costs which was beyond refreshing. When we purchased our 1959 house in 2018 we literally had everything above the slab rebuilt not knowing under the house was a sewer pipe nightmare of torn up cast iron pipe and in some areas no pipe which was creating issues throughout the house. I called Dave, he came out, fixed immediate issues, showed us all the other issues, gave us an estimate and a plan, and to be honest I was thinking there was no way our house could ever be the same. Once again Dave with his experience made me comfortable enough to tear up the entire inside of the house to get to the old pipe, replaced everything that was or ever would be an issue, always daily being as clean as possible, hit several roadblocks, but as usual completed the entire project fixing this house to the point its the most solid house in the neighborhood coming in once again at the estimate he provided from the beginning. You cannot find the experience that these guys have, and I am witness to the fact that they never cut corners and treated my home as if it was their own. I have dealt with contractors for decades with different homes as well as in business and would recommend Innovative to anyone for any project. I even sent them to my parent's house to completely rebuild all 3 full baths and my parents had the same great results that we had. I will never call anyone else!
We were very happy with all of the work Dave and Tony did on our recent kitchen renovation. It was great having a contractor that could do it all! They were able to move Plumbing and electrical, remove a pantry and build a new arched doorway, replace floor tiles and backsplash, and install appliances and light fixtures. Everything came out perfect. Dave and Tony are great craftsmen and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them!
Innovation Plumbing Designs remodeled two of our bathrooms and fixed a problem toilet that caused some damage in the third bathroom. They fixed the third bathroom so you would never know there was any damage. Dave Baker and his son in law Tony did a great job on everything. You don't find companies like this very often anymore. They take pride in their work, they always showed up, they worked so hard all the time they were here, and best of all everything was first class and done CORRECTLY. When they were done for the day, they cleaned everything up and left it as clean as possible. They can do most anything, they totally gutted our pool bath and rebuilt it and it is beautiful. They had to do major work in the master bath, raise the floor up and build a new wall inside as well as outside. You would swear the wall was always the way it is. Tony did the tile work in the bathrooms, and it is beautifully done. Also, they are honest as the day is long, totally trustworthy, and so pleasant. They are the best company around! WE LOVE OUR BEAUTIFUL BATHROOMS!!
Tony and David did an awesome job installing my new tile flooring, rebuilding two of my walls and redoing my ceiling. I would recommend them to everyone needing to remodel their home. 5 Stars 🌟
